Frequently asked questions about bifolds
Are your bifold doors top-hung or bottom-running?
Our bifold doors are bottom-running, using heavy-duty rollers designed to support the weight of the panels. This provides smooth operation, excellent stability, and long-term reliability.
Do the doors arrive fully assembled?
Yes. Doors are delivered fully assembled and pre-hung, with all hardware fitted. Glass and cills are supplied separately. Doors can be made flat pack, if required, just make sure to let a member of the team know when ordering.
Can I have trickle vents?
Yes of course, trickle vents are an extra option though, so please make sure to add them to your online order, or tick the box on our order form. Not all properties need them, however it is always best to check with Building Regulations first, if your property will need to be signed off by them.
Do I need a master door?
A master door allows everyday access without opening the full system. Many customers choose this option for convenience, and we’re happy to advise on the best configuration for your space.
