Delivery Information


We know that when you order windows and doors, delivery matters just as much as the product itself. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Product Leadtimes

All of our products are made to order, manufactured specifically to your measurements, specifications, and chosen finishes.

Current Lead times:

Standard Bifold Doors: 2 weeks

ANY order With Internal Blinds (if the specific product lead time is longer than this please assume the longest leadtime) : 3 - 4 weeks

Fixed Windows : 2 Weeks

Casement Windows : 3 Weeks

Sliding Patios : 2 - 3 weeks depending on the size/configuration

Bespoke colours : 6 - 8 weeks on all products

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

Mainland England & Wales - Scotland is dependent on area so please enquire before ordering.

If you are located in a remote area or require specialist delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Method & On-Site Assistance

Due to the size and weight of our products, suitable assistance must be available on site at the time of delivery.

This includes:

  • Able-bodied people to help carry doors and glazing
  • Safe access from the delivery vehicle to the unloading area

Our drivers are not insured or permitted to carry goods unassisted.

If adequate assistance is not available:

  • Delivery may be refused
  • A redelivery charge may apply

Delivery Day & Access

  • You will be contacted in advance to confirm your delivery date
  • Someone must be present to receive and check the goods
  • Deliveries are typically kerbside only, unless agreed otherwise

Please ensure:

  • Clear access for large delivery vehicles
  • No obstructions between the vehicle and unloading area

Checking Your Order

Please inspect all items carefully on delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be reported to the driver straight away.

We take no responsibility for damage reported after we have left site, so please inspect your goods carefully. The only exception to this is any marks found inside a glass unit, then we will always provide a replacement.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one being present
  • Insufficient assistance on site
  • Inadequate access

A redelivery and/or storage charge may apply.
